Meh. Go with Paperblanks for a superior pocket planner.

Not bad in a general sense - small, slim, the strap, the pocket. But the paper is very thin, ink shows through on the reverse side, not the best feature given that you'll want to write on both sides of the page(s). Also, and this struck me as a glaring ommission, the planner does not list any federal/national holidays, neither in the weekly/daily pages, nor in the reference pages at the beginning. This seems absurd. When planning ahead for trips or appointments, you want to know when the various federal and other holidays are going to fall that year. Very disappointed in this. (On a purely cosmetic note, the red is very orangey, in case that is important to you.)

For years and years I've used Paperblanks pocket planner, very similar in concept, but far superior in execution. For a smidge of extra bulk, and honestly, just a couple hairs' breadth, you get so much more function. Paperblanks indicate all federal holidays, and even holidays of several other countries, along with the two solstices and equinoxes, on the page for each corresponding day/date, and also collects the info into a comprehensive list at the beginning. It even notes the moon phases, which may not be necessary but is kind of cool.

Instead of these truly functionally useful elements, Moleskine gives you a few sheets of small stickers. Not exactly a worthy tradeoff. This book isn't bad, and if you don't care which Monday MLK Day or President's Day, etc. falls on, you'll probably be fine with the Moleskine. But if you require a full-functioning calendar/planner, go for the Paperblanks. (They also come in a wide variety of lovely designs, as opposed to a small choice of basic, uninspiring colors.)

Great Product!

In a world of electronic devices, the simplicity of hand-written information can be overlooked. This planner is the perfect size and I take it with me everywhere. A key feature is that it is formatted for ease of viewing/retrieving information. I put business cards in the folding pocket, so I am always prepared. I use this planner as my 'home base' of information; I make notes daily both in the office and at meetings and then update my electronic calendar on my computer and my iPhone. I highly recommend this product, and submit that if you were to try this product, you will be sold on its value.

Classic Moleskine quality, which is wonderful as always. Comes with some cute stickers too, so you can remember important days. It's the perfect size, slim and tiny. Some people might want more space per day, because they write down more stuff, but I mostly use this to remember upcoming events, friends' birthdays and the like, and it's enough.

My go to agenda for 7 years

Great pocket agenda. I've been using it for years and it is the perfect size for a weekly agenda. Cute and the red color is perfect to look for it in you purse. I've been keeping all my agendas and it's nice to go back and see through time. Would really recommend it for people that need to write things down. I couldn't live without it!
