In the past I had never used Princeton review and didn't know how it would compare to other review books I had used. In the past I used Barron's to study for the AP Stats exam, and 5 Steps to a Five for AP biology. I got fives on both of these exams, even though I found Barron's to be too detailed and nit-picky and 5 steps to be too simple. I haven't read too much in my book yet, but this seems to be the hypothetical porridge that is just right. I doesn't spend too much time talking about tips for studying and it breaks down the material nicely. I especially like that each section starts off with information about how often the content is on the AP exam so I know which areas to focus on. I have a feeling that this book and I are going to really get to know each other in the months before the AP exam, and I'm really excited to dive in. If you're looking for a review book and can't decide which one, this is the one that you want. Good luck on the AP exam!

This book is in the middle of my mind because it covers the basics you need to do well on the actual exam. I found the practice problems to be helpful but there are some errors to the answers. As a AP Chemistry student, I don't recommend this book if you are expecting to learn the math because it has no examples to math problems. It gives you basic definitions of all the concepts but has no math examples that the book expects you to know how to solve. Overall the problems are very helpful, but it needs more information to each chapter. Some chapters are really short and the book test you in the next two pages or so.
Difficultly: Medium.
