The Doctor's Diet is a program developed by Dr. Travis L. Stork is a great read that really shows the harsh reality of exactly how bad our diets are and easy ways for us to change them. I read this about 2 weeks ago and since then I have been able to lose about 10 pounds of nearly pure body fat and I feel better than I have in years.
There is heavy emphasis on the psychological factors behind the reasons why people are fat and what we need to do to make a complete shift in our lifestyles to fix them.
I used the diet provided in The Doctor's Diet is a program developed by Dr. Travis L. Stork along with
garcinia cambogia to lose the 10 pounds in only 2 weeks. I really believe the
garcinia cambogia helped supress my appetite while my newfound knowledge helped me make smart food choices which is a great combo.
In conclusion, I would heavily suggest everyone read The Doctor's Diet is a program developed by Dr. Travis L. Stork if they are interested in learning why we are fat and how we can change it, and also recommend taking the garcinia if you need help with your appetite while on the new diet.

I started reading this the other day and I am impressed with the approach that Dr. Travis Stork takes. I am going to try some of his recipes and I am sure I will like them. I saw the Dr.'s show on this and I love t he idea of not counting calories! Sounds like "my kind" of diet.
